
Dr. Andrew Camilleri
Andrew Camilleri holds a Ph.D. in Community Psychology from DePaul University, along with advanced degrees in Law and Conflict Analysis and Resolution. He has taught Community Development at the University of Malta and Psychology at DePaul University, at the postgraduate and undergraduate level.
Throughout his career Andrew has collaborated extensively with NGOs, government entities, academic institutions, and communities across Malta, Scotland, and the United States, focusing on resilience, mental health, and systemic solutions to complex challenges. His expertise encompasses applied research methodologies, including social impact assessments, mixed-methods evaluations, GIS spatial analyses, and advanced statistical techniques. Notable accomplishments include the evaluation of Malta's national rent subsidy scheme, carrying out a social impact analysis of the Valletta Design Cluster, the development of innovative spatial mapping tools for Florida's Botanical Garden, and an impact evaluation for the Illinois Council for Developmental Disabilities.
