This course will explore the complex and dynamic intersectional identities that shape who we are as individuals. Participants will engage in reflective activities to better understand and take stock of their own identities while gaining insights into the experiences of others whose identities may differ from their own. Through interactive discussions and practical strategies, the course will equip participants with tools to foster meaningful and respectful interactions with people from diverse backgrounds. By the end of the training, attendees will have a deeper appreciation of intersectionality and be better prepared to build inclusive and empathetic relationships in both personal and professional settings.
