This training will introduce participants to the fundamentals of developing and designing a program or a project by applying a theory of change. Participants will learn how to conceptualize the logical connections between resources, activities, and intended impacts, creating a clear framework for understanding how their efforts lead to meaningful outcomes.
Through practical exercises and discussions, the course will explore how to envision an ideal scenario where resources are transformed into activities which cause the desired impacts. By the end of the session, participants will have the tools to design and articulate a theory of change that ensures clarity, accountability, and strategic focus in their projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification or relevant work experience if over 25 years of age.
