Conducting a Needs Analysis
Description
Every project requires the identification and addressing a specific need. This course equips participants with essential skills to understand and assess needs, ranging from quick desktop research to comprehensive large-scale research efforts. Participants will learn how to create the appropriate needs analysis plan with the resources and timeframes available to them.
The course will also provide insights into how demonstrating a clear understanding of needs can support efforts to secure funding and communicate the value of their initiatives.
Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification or relevant work experience if over 25 years of age.
